Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of the grinding machine equipment, and can conduct a comprehensive overhaul of the equipment

2. Determine the best process parameters for trial grinding of new products, identify process defects and make them perfect

3. Be able to select and process abrasives according to different product processing materials, be familiar with grinding and determine processing parameters

4. Able to deal with emergencies in the production process

5. Responsible for the formulation of maintenance plans for grinding machines and other equipment and the implementation of routine maintenance to ensure the optimal safety, quality, capacity and utilization of equipment and processes; assist in the preparation of documents

Qualifications:

1. More than 3 years experience in grinding machine, proficient in various grinding machine operations

2. Technical secondary school or above, major in machinery, electronics, automation, etc.

3. Good communication, improvement awareness, and teamwork spirit

4. Clear thinking and sense of responsibility
