Position Summary:
1. Responsible for the comprehensive implementation of quality management in the company and control of product quality.
2. Responsible for the implementation of quality objectives and quality management system.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the quality system (including the establishment of relevant systems, processes, and standards) in the whole process of the company's product realization (including customer needs, design and development, pilot testing, incoming materials, manufacturing processes, shipments, customer complaints, improvement, etc.) and organize implementation.
2. Responsible for the quality system audit of customers and third parties, and report the quality status to management and customers.
3. Supervise and implement the company's product quality improvement and program improvement, maintain the company's quality assurance system, and improve product quality.
4. Responsible for the implementation, certification and maintenance of the quality management system (ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.).
5. Responsible for handling, analyzing and correcting and preventing the unqualified products found in production and inspection, as well as internal and external customer quality complaints.
Education and Training:
1. Bachelor degree or above, metal surface treatment or related majors are preferred.
2. Have FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP related training, and have relevant knowledge of Six Sigma.
3. Received relevant training on ISO14001, ISO9001 and safety standardization production.
Experience:
1. More than 5 years of work experience in quality management in the battery manufacturing industry, and more than 3 years of work experience in the same position;
2. Familiar with the production process and quality control of battery spare parts, familiar with the operation of quality, environment, occupational health and safety systems;
3. Familiar with writing management program documents, familiar with quality management methods and tools, and familiar with various quality management systems;
4. Have strong organizational, leadership, control and communication skills, be able to stand alone, have a strong awareness of quality and a mentality of serving customers with quality.
