Fujian Jinyang Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012. Its core business covers precision components and raw materials for lithium and alkaline batteries. Its main products include precision components for cylindrical batteries (steel cases, bottom caps), battery binders, and nickelplated steel strips for battery applications.In 2024, the company’s annual output of battery components exceeded 7.7 billion pieces, with output value surpassing 600 million yuan. It has become one of China’s largest manufacturers of cylindrical battery components and raw materials.The company has established long-term cooperation with leading battery enterprises including Yiwei Lithium Energy, LG (South Korea), Jiangsu Tianpeng, Panasonic (Japan), Lishen, Nanfu Battery, and Shuanglu Battery. Shanghai Jinyang Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, covering an area of 20 mu. It owns the first patented deep-hole plating process for cylindrical battery cases in China, a key technology that has greatly promoted the localization of battery steel cases.The company has independently developed battery-specific gelling agents: polyacrylic acid (PAA) and sodium polyacrylate, which have become the preferred alternatives to imported materials.In September 2024, construction began on a 31,000-square-meter standard workshop with supporting infrastructure for power, environmental protection, transportation, and greening. The project will build a R&D and production base for green, eco-friendly new energy battery components.The project is scheduled for construction from 2024 to 2027 with a total investment of 450 million yuan. Upon full completion, it will have an annual capacity of 1.5 billion sets of 18650/21700/46 series battery steel cases and bottom caps.

Jiangsu Jinyang Technology Co., Ltd. started restructuring in December 2022. It is a deep processing base for high-purity graphite and related products, supplying high-purity graphite powder and expanded graphite powder with particle sizes ranging from 500 to 1,800 mesh as per customer requirements.The company plans to build a comprehensive new energy industrial park in phases by 2030, including a 200,000-square-meter standard workshop with supporting infrastructure for power, steam, environmental protection, transportation, and greening. The park will integrate the production of precision components for new energy batteries, special materials for new energy batteries, and eco-friendly alkaline battery components.The project will be constructed in three phases from 2023 to 2031 with a total investment of 1.7355 billion yuan. Upon full operation, it will achieve an annual capacity of 4.5 billion precision battery components and 60,000 tons of special materials for new energy batteries. The projected annual output value will exceed 2.3 billion yuan, with annual profits and taxes exceeding 130 million yuan.
